Getting the integrative healthcare you need.

The CHP Group provides access to a local network of high-quality integrative healthcare providers – including chiropractic and naturopathic physicians, licensed acupuncturists, and licensed massage therapists – through our partnerships with health plans and employers.

You may have access to these services and our provider network through an insured benefit or a discount program. To find out what benefits or programs are available to you, contact our Customer Service Department.

What is Integrative Healthcare?
Accessing Care

First, you’ll need to determine what benefit or plan you have. Call our Customer Service Department to determine what benefits you have, review your Summary Plan Description, or contact your health plan.

When you make your appointment, tell the provider what benefit or discount program you are using to access care. If you are accessing care through an insured benefit, bring your insurance ID card to your appointment.

Our Providers and Your Care

Our provider network is made up of the best, high-quality integrative healthcare providers. We have stringent participation standards and work hard to ensure that members have access to an adequate number of providers. It’s very important to us that you can get the care you need, when you want, and in the most convenient location for you.

If you have a self-referred integrative healthcare benefit, you don’t need a referral to get care from a CHP provider. Once you find a CHP provider to see, you are in charge of your care; however, you may be subject to certain plan limitations.

If you do not have self-referred benefits or you are not sure what your benefit is, contact our Customer Service Department or your health plan’s Customer Service Department. If you are covered under a self-funded plan through your employer, contact our Customer Service Department or your employer for benefit information.

If you currently see a provider that isn’t on our network, you are welcome to continue seeing them, however, visits and treatment will not be covered as part of your integrative healthcare benefit. We encourage you to discuss your out-of-pocket costs with your provider. If you’d like to request your provider be added to our network, you can nominate them for network membership.

Generally, CHP benefits are not available outside the service area. If you have a specific question regarding your situation, please contact your health plan.

Discount Programs

Are you looking for a way to save on integrative healthcare and fun, healthy activities? One of our discount programs may be your ticket to savings!

The CHP CAMaffinity program is available to members of many different health plans. This program gives health plan members access to a 20% discount off integrative healthcare services from a CHP provider. To find out if you can use a CAMaffinity discount, contact our Customer Service Department or your health plan.

The CHP Active & Healthy Program offers members discounts on thousands of fun and healthy activities locally and throughout the nation. The online-only program has an easy-to-use website for locating discounts on healthy living and wellness-related activities. Some health plan members have no-cost or low-cost discounted access to this program. For more information on what’s available to you, contact our Customer Service Department or your health plan. If you don’t have access to Active & Healthy through your health plan, a membership can be purchased for just $25/year.

If you need to change your name or address, contact your employer’s Human Resources Department. They’ll report the change to us or to your health plan.
